My CDD Takeaway:I have learned to not allow things to be a worry in my life,so it wouldn't depressed me. The enemy enters your mind through fear, therefore we should allow the word of Yahuah to bare fruits in us and as well as been the doer of the word.

As parents of the way, we should teach our children how to prep foodstuffs right from fish,meat and vegetables.

If the kitchen is not processed, we cannot get to enjoy the end product thereof.

IN MY DEPRESSED AND PEPPLEXED MOMENT, I MUST SEEK THE LORD

Whenever I'm perplexed, I should worship the Lord. It prevents depression.

Youth corner: Teaching Children their Responsibilities; I should not just enjoy the meal, I should be part of the process of preparing it.

I have learned to hold on to Yahuah no matter the circumstances of lives that the enemy bring into my life just like Paul and Silas.

Children should be trained and encouraged to be part of the kitchen.

Depression is a brain fighter, which if not dealt with by prayer and the word of Yahuah can cause mental sickness.
